I recently bought a new phone and ordered a case for it with a built-in kickstand that was on sale; the case happened to include the MagSafe magnet. Meaning, I bought this case for the kickstand feature, not the magnet. I'm new to the MagSafe products and don't know why I hadn't tried these before. I think in the past, I had tried a cheapo, similar product with a weak magnet and it was wobbly, so this form factor turned me off. In contrast, this mount can fit very securely into one of the center cupholders, and though the gooseneck is a bit long, simply twisting it around a bit lowers it a perfect, usable level.Between the strong magnet; firm, adjustable gooseneck; and the adjustable base for the perfect cupholder fit, this is very secure and I don't have to worry that a rough bump in the road will fling my phone off. That's all I ask from this type of product and because of that, it's highly recommended!!
