I am learning Origin Point Medicine. Following its method, I use this for many mild illnesses such as back pain, running rose/cough ( put on the neck or upper back), frequent urination at night ( put on lower stomach), bruise (local area)...etc. I hope the seller could keep the price as low as possible and make it affordable for people in need.I’ve been using them for a few years and I love them! I don’t like taking pills and this is the only heat pad that calms my sciatic pain. This time I bought the big box because I know I will use them and is cheaper this way.Both my husband and I have used these patches for years after trying most of the alternatives on the market. We both find them to be reliably warm - even quite hot if used too close to the skin and thus they can soothe deep aches and pains. My husband is an amputee who gets nerve pain whenever his residual leg gets too cold. Preemptively using these patches in the pocket of his pants, close to the stump, or applied onto the outside of the prosthetic leg really helps to minimize these incidences. The box says not to use on bare skin and this is good advice. When I ignored this (using it directly on my back for several days of use), I got a superficial burn.
